Manchester City won an unprecedented fourth straight English top flight title with a 3-1 win over West Ham United on Sunday. The victory ensures that Pep Guardiola's side will retain the Premier League trophy they have held since 2021.
City took the lead in the 35th minute through a Riyad Mahrez penalty, after Michail Antonio had been adjudged to have handled the ball in the area. West Ham equalised just before half-time through Jarrod Bowen, but City regained the lead in the 55th minute through a stunning strike from Bernardo Silva.
City sealed the win in the 81st minute through a header from Ilkay Gundogan. The victory sees City finish the season with 98 points, two ahead of second-placed Liverpool.
